Join me for a 6 week Beginners Yoga Workshop. Learn the most popular Yoga poses and the power of breath and mindfulness, through meditation practises. Build strength, flexibility, find stillness and explore all the benefits Yoga has to offer you.
Held every Monday night at 6.30pm. Course begins 28th of October and runs for 6 consecutive weeks.
